Nostos; A beautiful petite café!

Hello sunshines!♡

What have you been doing since we last met? I am no longer at my village, but I sure miss it!

One of the many things I miss, is waking up in the morning to run errands and ending up in my favorite coffee-shop. Everybody needs a cup of good coffee in the morning, ’cause “adulting is hard”. And the best to achieve that is taking your coffee in a nice and cozy environment!

Nostos is a quite old coffeehouse in the village. I remember it since I was a little girl. Lately they renovated it and I absolutely love what they’ve done with the place! The decorations, the textures, the colors are amazing and all well put together. Wooden roof, a concrete gray wall and a stone wall. The combination is just perfect. It creates just the right atmosphere to enjoy your morning coffee, along with a great view of the sea across the street.

The gray concrete wall is combined perfectly with the wooden details on the furniture and the decorations, and with the gray/lilac-colored pillows on the couches. Wooden tables and benches and chairs with big brown cushions and metallic details, and some white metallic ones, complete this awesome decor.

The space is limited but the big windows fill it with plenty of light, which makes you feel like you are sitting outside, under the clear blue sky.

Even if it’s winter and the weather is cold, you can still be warm and cozy but you can also enjoy a great view of the sea, very beautiful and very soothing.

Last but not least, I am really pleased with the coffee and of course the service. Plus they always offer you little delicious homemade sweets!

Easter holidays (part 2)

Hello sunshines!

Same place, different day!

As you can see, I absolutely love this beach!! This time I climbed on the lifeguard tower and enjoyed the gorgeous view from up there.

You can see the village, the surrounding coasts, the endless blue sea and of course the Platamon Castle, which is located on a small hill nearby.

As it says on this pic SUMMER is just around the corner and I’m so excited! I look forward to putting on my bathing suit and diving in the sea to cool off the heat.

Looking at the sea, all I want to do is lay down on the sand with my best friends, and have some fresh and cool lemonade, while enjoying the summer sun!

  • Tutu midi skirt from Bershka.

  • Shoes from Converse All-star.

  • Sunglasses from Ray Ban

All photos are taking by me and one of my best friends, Mike. Go check out his blog and give him some love!!

Easter holidays (part 1)

Hello sunshines ♡

So today I decided to share with you a little bit of something from my Easter holidays at my lovely village (Platamonas Pierias, Greece). It’s absolutely wonderful this time of the season! It is spring, the sun is getting warmer and warmer every day but the wind is still a little chill and that makes this weather perfect!!

On yesterday’s evening, I took a stroll at the beach and shot some beautiful pictures that I really wanted to show you. The beach may be empty and abandoned now, but shortly will be again full of people; sunbathing, swimming and playing with the sand. I can’t wait! The view though is still pretty amazing.

I really don’t know what else to say, so I will just post those pics and let them speak for themselves!

Clearly, I am really enjoying this! When I come to my village, I am always visiting this specific beach. I’m always climbing these rocks, to just sit there and look at the sea. So peaceful. So quiet. Get a beer at night and come here. Lay on the beach and let the sound of the sea take you away.

Well, that is all I wanted to say. I hope you enjoyed today’s post. I am going to post part 2, with similar photographs, soon enough!!

How did you spend your Easter holidays? Tell me in the comment section down below, along with your thoughts and comments about this post!

With lots of love,
